Blue Ridge Mountain Water is one of the few unspoiled items that is naturally good.  There are no chemical additives, sodium, preservatives, sweeteners, flavorings, artificial gases, and best of all - pure, crisp, and good tasting.  But don't stop there; because our mountain water will make everything you mix or cook taste better because it brings out the natural flavor in everything.  In today's world of fast food and artificially flavored drinks, many people are finding that Blue Ridge Mountain Water is an excellent alternative.

 

DISPENSERS

A variety to choose from... Blue Ridge Mountain Water is an authorized Oasis dealer with a complete line of convenient, low cost coolers for rent.  These include; the non-electric dispenser which delivers water at room temperature; the electric cold model which delivers chilled water only; the hot and cold electric model which delivers heated and chilled water.

 

Filtration coolers... Blue Ridge Mountain Water offers several types of coolers that filter the water in different stages of purity.  These units are connected to a water supply in your home or office.  These units offer an unlimited amount of water at a set cost each month.  Call our office to speak to a sales person about the types and cost of these units.

 

COFFEE

We are pleased to announce that we now offer coffee service to our commercial customers, churches, business offices and plants.  We have a complete line of Newco Coffee Brewers and 100% Columbian coffee, grown in Columbia, then roasted in Birmingham.  This ensures quality and freshness in every pot.  We carry all of the products needed to brew the freshest pot of coffee.  As a family and locally owned and operated company, we can offer a quality service that few companies can match.

SERVICE

Bottled water service - a tremendous bargain.

Delivery seems to be a dying service.  The old bread trucks are long gone and the door-to-door dairyman seems to be a thing of the past.  But at Blue Ridge Mountain Water we like the personal touch, so we deliver to you direct.  Just place your order and you'll become a part of our regular route service. 

 

For those of you that do not wish delivery service we offer bottled water over the counter at our office from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

 

Your home or office will receive route deliveries every two to four weeks depending on your water usage and your location.

 

To avoid missing deliveries at a scheduled route delivery time, leave your empties outside with a note telling our delivery salesman where to leave your order - porch, patio, utility room, etc. (We cannot be responsible for missing bottles or damage caused by freezing.)

 

When changing your residence or office location, please give our office ample notice.  Should you leave our route delivery area, we'll pick up your dispenser or cooler before you leave.  If you are remaining in our delivery area, we'll transfer service to your new address.

 

Before you take a trip,  order our one gallon non-returnable bottles or our 16.9 ounce bottles by the case and have service temporarily suspended to your home.  It's a perfect idea for camping, boating, trips to the beach or extended travel.

 

Dispenser Maintenance.  Your dispenser is received in sanitary and good working order.  We use only F.D.A. approved containers and closures to assure the highest quality product.  Here are some tips to keep your dispenser clean and efficient:

  • Lift off and empty catch basin under the fauce(s), then rinse in warm, soapy water.

  • Wipe the neck of the water bottle before placing it on the dispenser.

  • From time to time rinse the water reservoir with soapy water or water containing baking soda.

Options. You'll also find it convenient to buy drinking cups from your route salesman.

 

BILLING

Bills will be sent at the end of each month for water and cups purchased during the month and for cooler rental for the upcoming month (in advance).  Bills are due upon receipt.  Any payments received after 30 days is delinquent and will reflect a 1 1/2% service charge.

 

Bottle deposit policy at Blue Ridge Mountain Water works just like a soft drink bottle deposit.  When you have an even exchange, you will only be charged for water and no deposit will be shown.  However, when you receive more or less bottles than you return during the billing period, you will be charged or credited the deposit on the difference only.  Credit cannot be given for chipped, broken, or stained bottles.
